Being part of the program
The program runs each semester from March to July and August to December.It is facilitated by the BEL Careers Team and managed through the Chronus platform.
Timeline

UQ student mentees take the lead in their mentoring journey. This includes attending orientation, setting GAME PLAN goals, connecting with their mentor for at least four sessions, and completing a SEAL reflection. Mentees are encouraged to initiate contact, stay engaged, and openly share their experiences.
UQ industry mentors commit to supporting their mentee through a minimum of four mentoring sessions. This includes helping refine goals, sharing insights and experiences, and providing guidance to support the mentee’s growth.
