Welcome to Semester Mentoring
Semester Mentoring connects undergraduate students in second year or later, and all EAIT Master’s students, with alumni and industry professionals for one-to-one mentoring across a semester.
Students are matched with a mentor based on their discipline, interests and preferences, as well as mentor availability. Through regular conversations, students can explore career pathways, learn more about working in industry, build professional confidence and identify practical next steps.
Semester Mentoring involves at least four conversations across the semester. Conversations are usually 30 to 60 minutes and can take place online or in person, as agreed by the mentor and student.
