Welcome to Ask Industry
This flexible mentoring option is for students in UQ’s Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology.Open to EAIT students across all year levels, the program offers one-off 30-minute conversations with alumni and industry professionals about careers, employability and working in industry. Students can seek advice on topics such as career pathways, professional networks, CVs and portfolios, preparing for applications and understanding industry expectations.
Through the mentoring platform, mentors can nominate the areas where they can offer guidance, helping students connect with someone whose experience matches the questions or topics they would like to discuss.
