Welcome to Ask Industry
Ask Industry connects students in UQ’s Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology with alumni and industry professionals for flexible 30-minute mentoring conversations.
Open to EAIT students across all year levels, Ask Industry offers conversations about careers, employability and working in industry. Students can seek advice on topics such as career pathways, professional networks, CVs and portfolios, preparing for applications and understanding industry expectations.
Through the mentoring platform, mentors nominate the areas where they can offer guidance. This helps students connect with someone whose experience aligns with the questions or topics they would like to discuss.
