Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I choose a Mentor? Once you complete your profile with information on your career goals and the skills you wish to develop, the system will perform its magic and find your best match. You’ll be notified of the outcome of your application and your mentor match in mid-April, before the Opening Event. Mentors and mentees will first meet at the Opening Event. While we aim to match all mentees with a mentor, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a match for all applicants. Mentee places are limited.
- How long will the mentors be available? We ask our mentors to commit to the full three-month program to ensure that the mentee can fully benefit from the relationship.
- The relationship is not going well or I am concerned about membership, what to do? We encourage letting the mentor know about the situation and contact the Mentor Me team. We will provide our full support to resolve the situation positively and satisfactorily.
