The annual Mentor Me program, run by the UQ Professionals Network (UQPN) for professional staff, connects mentees with mentors from within the UQPN and guides participants through a structured three-month mentoring experience. Participants have access to a pre-program workshop, an opening networking event, a celebratory closing event, supporting resources, and access to the UQPN Mentor Me community. Participants will develop new skills, expand their professional network, and connect with peers beyond their organisational unit.
